Neither of us knew this is how life was going to be but now we are here and we have so much we can learn from each other.
My story and the story of Noah, my son, are woven through the pages of this website. The lessons I have learnt, the many gifts I have been given, the pain, the sorrow, the laughter and the deep love…it’s all here. An open book.
You were always meant to be here. Your story, your soul, your heart. I want to hear your stories, to know your journey so far, to walk with you as you show me what you have learnt too as a mother, a father, a carer, a warrior.
You are not in control of the things that happen but you are in change of how you react to those things. The power is in you. Obstacles and the hurdles in our life can do two things : They can stop us, leave us standing still in a life we didn’t expect on a road we didn’t plan feeling helpless or they can empower us to embrace the change, be grateful for the lessons and find a new centre of gravity.

Living a life of adversity doesn’t have to mean living in pain, anxiety and stress everyday.
This life, being blessed with a child with remarkable differences and upgrades, can mean that we were dealing with many other layers to parenting that maybe we weren’t expecting. Whilst it’s new for us…it’s not for so many…here in these pages you will find knowledge that has been passed on over centuries, wisdom from all over world from people who have walked this path before.
Here you will find the tools, strategies and skills from pouring over books night after night, listening to gifted mentors, endless hours of research and lessons I have earned from battles I have faced, adversity I have confronted and the joy I have encountered.

I believe you are here with a desire for things to be better, for anxiety to be part of life but not rule it, for stressed to not be the answer to the question “How are you today” You deserve a world of stillness, of peace, of a way forward.
You are a powerful person. Maybe you have a deep knowing of this already…maybe you feel anything but, but I know that power is in you, buried inside.
I am here to tell you, you are not broken, you are becoming. You are ready to grow your new self, your new soul, your new heart. You know that you deserve better and you are in the right place to step into that power.
You are walking the road not everyone has. Not everyone will. But here you will be surrounded by people who get it.
Who know that feeling, who know that
My son is not less, he is mighty. I am paving the way for him to show the world what he has taught me already. That different is extraordinary and that resilience, grit, and persistence is a strength that he carried into this world from birth and that now he displays in all he does.
I have been his voice but I don’t take it from him. He is leading the way.
How we show up for our little people is show they will show up for the world. Show them how to be still, to be peaceful, to overcome, to have courage, to know grit, to know what resilience look and feels like everyday.
