First reflect on 2019. Think about the important things that happened in your life and how they can help you or hold you back moving forward.
Then set your intention for the rest of this year. Intention is the quality of consciousness that you bring to actions or words. It’s and energy that you will create, a seed you can plant that will help you create your future.
Do more of what you love, less of what you know you need to stop and create something magical in the bonkernuts!
This is something you can do with your whole family.
I do this with my son, Noah, who is 10 each year and the results are incredible.
30+ ways to look after yourself
Who here doesn't look after themselves properly or feels like they don't have time to even start to think about themselves?
I see it all the time and I know it's something that I am guilty of myself personally too.
The day we give birth things change, we know that they will of course and to an extent…as much as anyone can be…we are ready for that change.
But when parenting comes with the added complexity of caring for a child with a disability, diagnosis or diversity we can let go of everything that made us US before. We have to to make room for not only parenting but our new role as nurse, researcher, doctor and therapist.
The problem is is that we give and give until there is no more to give. And then the stress, isolation and pain can be overwhelming. We can’t give from an empty bucket. It’s not selfish to put ourselves on the list of “things to take care of"
It’s selfless. Look at it as gift you can give to your kids. The gift of you being whole again. So I have made something for you, a FREE download with 30+ ways that you look after yourself.
It's great for EVERYONE.
