Over the course of one Saturday we will guide on a journey to uncover the patterns that you created in your past and are now creating the life the live now. Do you feel anxious? Do you procrastinate? Do you numb when you feel sadness? All of these are survival mechanisms we created over the course of our lives. Most of the time we are not even aware of these patterns or how they started. They are the things cluttering up our minds and taking us away from our true selves. We will teach you how to Unclutter your mind!

We are going to guide you on an incredible transformational experience. All content will be offered LIVE and whilst this is the best way to absorb all the information, we also understand that live can be unpredictable. so you will have access to a private facebook group where all the content will be uploaded so you can watch when it suits you.
We encourage you to make time for you during this course, free from distractions so you can focus on the most important thing…YOU! Each course is run live on zoom call allowing plenty of time for questions and answers during the sessions.

When we went into lockdown so many of us turned to decluttering or spring cleaning our homes. The feeling of getting rid of things that we no longer need has a wonderful positive impact on our mood.
Clutter around us can be distracting, annoying or even feel like it’s sapping our energy. I know for me my desk was just a pile of papers and stuff I had been meaning to get to but just never got around to. It had a massive impact on my ability to work, to think straight and to create anything.
Did you know that clutter can also contribute to anxiety, stress and even depression?
Basically we all feel better when we finally tackle the clutter!
So what about our own minds? The clutter we keep hold of in our heads?
For a Long time I have described my brain as lots of little drawers. In the drawers are all sorts of things. Things I have learnt, experiences I have had, worries, peace, work, family, anxiety, joy…all the things! But in these drawers, hidden at the back, are also things given to me by other people. Things people had said, things they have done, experiences, trauma and some things have that been there so long I have forgotten about them or rather my Brain has chosen not to deal with them.
So they just get all pilled up in a drawer and forgotten about..
And that’s the issue. The drawers in my head used to become cluttered that they would hold me back, (often without me even knowing why) make me fearful, anxious and stop me doing things I knew I should be doing.
Everything in my head was cluttered.
So I set up on a journey to become uncluttered.
I have learnt special techniques that have helped me become aware of all the things in my head, and take things from my blindspot into my awareness. And Awareness is the key to everything. It’s the beginning of healing.
I have teamed up with the amazing Lydia from Wild me to show you how you can free your mind of the clutter and find a way back to you.
Not only will we walk you through these special techniques live, Lydia will also show you some incredible breathwork and meditation to help you heal. She is a incredibly powerful intuitive and I am so excited to be working with her.
You will be able to use these skills everyday to bring yourself back to centre, freeing your mind of clutter that no longer serves you and it will put you on the path to find a way back to you.
